Everly is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who lives in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and is motivated to expand the solutions available for families and clients that would benefit from ABA services.
She has lived in Fayetteville for almost 10 years, where she received her masters in Special Education with an Applied Behavioral Analysis focus. Her experience in the field started with practicum in her graduate program, and working for Arkansas Support Network in the AAP program as a line and then lead behavior technician. Everly is experienced in clinic, school, community, and home-based ABA therapy. She specializes in working with individuals with ASD and other co-occurring disabilities. She has worked with clients ages 2-21 and emphasizes work within the family unit with parents and other stakeholders while building strong relationships with families, making parent and caregiver training a passion of hers. Most recently she worked for a clinic where she spent time as a program specialist, BCBA, and clinic director. As a clinic director she thrived being able to use her motivation to problem solve and create a positive work environment for her team, while valuing quality care and excellence in services provided. Her areas of strength and interest include: organizational leadership, functional communication training, social skills development, crisis management, and parent and caregiver training across tele-health, home and community settings. Her hope in creating Marigold is to educate the community on the variety of solutions ABA can offer, and increase options for access to services, while further growing herself as a clinician in her passion areas.
